I stayed at the Menara Peninsula in April '08. The hotel is located near the airport, about 30 minutes taxi ride (subject to traffic condition). The hotel is good and reasonable price, I've paid around USD 40 through the travel agent to stay in this hotel. it's located near Mall Taman Anggrek and it's not really far to go to Senayan and National Monument.
