This is my 5th stay at the Red Coconut. Once again, the service of all the staff is exceptional. We also enjoyed hanging out with some of the staff, Jackie, Susay, Maryville, Albert and Rommel. We stayed in this hotel in 2005. As I read the other reviews, I was shocked to read one review where they mentioned their bathroom toilet was clogged. I wondered if that is the same room we stayed too. Not only that, water dripped from the roof directly on you while you sit on the toilet bowl. It's really disgusting.... more

We stayed in one of their garden view airconditioned rooms as the seaview rooms we're apparently fully booked.It was a big disappointment as soon as their representative fetched us from the airport.
