While Singapore is undoubtedly the most plastic and boring place in Asia, this inadequacy is partly made up by its excellent MRT and reasonable bus systems. We stayed here for 3 nights en route to Australia. Our room was fine and we particularly enjoyed the buffet dinners and breakfasts in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful.
