I stayed here fro three nights in January 2008. Hotel is pristine with an amazing location set on the lake with the Villarrica volcano as a back drop. Truly a 5 star property with all the amenities. Gourmet food, beautiful spa, warm friendly engaging service, concierge, tour desk to make arrangements for the tremendous amount of activities in the area... more

Set between a lake and a volcano is this great hotel. Modern decor, bright and airy with excellent service it was a welcome change from the last stay in Puerto Varas. The food here is sublime!
