Stayed there in Dec. 02, shortly after it opened. Found the service exemplary, food top notch. Most of the help was at least bi lingual, if not more. We hope to return there someday. The hotel itself is built to resemble a cruise ship, with all rooms facing the lake. I highly recommend it. more
