We arrived at 10.30am after a 14 hour flight. I know check in is supposed to be 3.00pm but we weren't given our rooms even then. One couple had to wait till 4.20pm. We were exhausted by then. Nice, high-rise tower in one of the Santiago business districts - comfy rooms, nice breakfast, very well equipped gym, and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Stayed with a group at this hotel. The old tower does not have alarm clocks and has small baths. The new tower offers better accommodations and convenient access to the pool/health club (add'l fee of $10/day) on 13th floor and breakfast buffet (free) on 11th floor.
