Well its was a very good experience!. Chileans personal from the hotel, they´re very kin with us, very nice. We stayed several times coming and going to Santiago. It is a great hotel with the perfect location. Stayed here for 2 nights with a tour. Hotel lobby is quite comfortable, and we were greeted with a juice drink. Room very comfortable. This hotel had been recommended by family members but has evidently gone downhill since last year. We checked in with a copy of our email confirmation and were told we must have changed our booking as they were expecting us five days before we arrived. Although the hotel website claims it has been refurbished, it does not look like so. Rooms are ok and quite confortable but definitely not 5* standard. My bathroom looked like it has not been refurbished. Breakfast included in the room rate is average. One good point is the free internet (thru lan or wifi) in the room. Location is great... more

Contrary to some recent reviews we received a warm welcome on arrival and throughout our 3 night stay had excellent service from the concierge/reception teams who were most helpful in arranging restaurant bookings, taxis, etc..
