Has seen better days, but safe, clean and friendly staff. Location is excellent for day time activities. If you are looking for nightlife I suggest you stay around Bella Vista. But over all good value for your money more

We stayed in the Espana for four nights. We found the staff to be very friendly and they spoke good English. The free breakfast was very good and filling. When we had to wait for a late night flight, they only charged us for half a day. There are two computers for free high speed internet. The rooms were large... more
My parents and I (a 26 yr old female) stayed at Hotel Espana in April 2007. We reserved our triple room despite having read mostly negative reviews of the hotel on Trip Advisor, unable to pass up the great deal, but hoping for the best. They speak English very well and do their jobs with gusto. If we needed a cab they ask what time we wanted it and one would be there at... more

We arrived and were given... more

However, it was a reasonable size and had a very adequate bathroom. Squeaky wood floors and a squeaky bathroom door provided... more
