This was the most terrible hotel I've ever stayed at! Though this hotel is rated as a 4-star, it was inadequate in every way. The room was very noisy, the beds uncomfortable, the staff incompetent and the breakfast was inedible. I would very strongly advise against staying in this hotel. more

Everyone at Hotel Puerta de Alcala went out of their way to make my two-stay stay in Valaparaiso go smoothly. The hotel is small, with rooms built around an interior central core.
