Enjoyed everything about the Quito Hilton. Service, food, and room was great! The hotel was spotless! They even have a casino for your entertainment! Room service is fast and delicious. was on a lindblad national geographic boat to galapagos & as I flew out/in of quito was booked on the 1st & last day of the tour into this hotel I have nothing against the chain hotels like hilton as you always know what you'll get, ie clean bedsheets, nice shampoo (crabtree), coffee maker, etc this is a nice hotel... more

This Hotel is a great arrival and sightseeing base for Quito and Ecuador in general. I would recommend staying on the executive floors if you like drinks and snacks. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. The rooms were really nice, the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English, and a solo traveller can feel reasonably secure. The location was also a plus, right across from a lovely park with weekend craft markets as well as close to the theatre and museum. I would definetely stay here... more

The hotel was standard Hilton, large room, a bit soulless but adequate and a very good breakfast on the Executive floor. It was also a good deal cheaper than the Swissotel in Quito where we stayed on an earlier part of the trip. However, what completely spoiled the stay was extremely rude and unprofessional reception staff on the Executive floor... more

Wonderful staff, great workout room, comfy, quiet rooms. I ate out of the hotel because it was way cheaper even though the hotel restaurant was not expensive per American standards. I would stay there again. more

Very nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had many choices, both native and international choices. The juices always surprised me, blackberry, strawberry, carrot, guava, mango, etc. The hotel is right across from the Indian market and only a couple of blocked from another market.
