I went to my room after dinner and I found my room flooded. The jacuzzi was broken and they took 2 hours until they came to clean it. The customer service was terrible. I ask to be transfer to a diferent room because the carpet was wet, they refuse to do it, they basically told me to get my money... more

Great place. The suites are really good. Down by the river. Good views. Quiet. Nice staff. Only a short walk from the night lfe/restaurants. Really good bar. Only bad thing was an unahappy solo llama on the lawns. Nice grounds. more
