Quite honestly, I have never experienced better service anywhere else in the world that I have travelled. The staff recognized my wife and I by site the very first day we were their. They were calling us Mr. and Mrs. Last Name from the time we left and anytime we made eye contact with anyone. We will stay here again... more

We stayed here two nights last year, before and after our trip into the Sacred Valley. We read that people were not impressed with the newer, modern rooms so we booked a Colonial Room in the old part, right above the center courtyard, and I am glad we did! the room was amazing in every way. It was huge, had... more

Stayed here for 5 nights before & after Machu Picchu. Wonderful staff, very, very helpful and coca tea always available. Atrium is a very peaceful place to sit and enjoy. Breakfast - good selection and is open very, very early - really geared up for travellers with early flights/trains to catch. We ate in the hotel in the evenings -... more

Located a short walk from the Plaza de Armas, the Novotel Cusco was an outstanding hotel experience. The central courtyard/lobby is a great meeting spot if you're traveling in a group, and the restaurant provides excellent buffet breakfasts, starting early for those traveling at odd hours. Their dinner was equally delicious. Concierge was helpful with directions to sites and amenities... more

Stayed in August 07 with the family ( kids 7 and 11) on 2 seperate occasions. Location is good and easy 5-10 minute walk from the centre. As there is no parking in the hotel you have to get into and out of our car/taxi quickly at the front of the hotel to stop blocking the traffic. The entrance lobby... more

We stayed here 3 nights as part of a tour group. The hotel is very busy and we were in a standard room in the new wing. It was typical Novotel but everything was clean and worked properly and the room was comfortable, serviced quickly and well. The public atrium is beautiful and a lovely spot to sit with a... more

Really loved this hotel, stayed four nights here in March - 2 nights on way to Macchu Picchu and 2 on the way back. I fully agree with other comments on the site, you must book a "Colonial" room - there are only 16 of these rooms built around the old courtyard, the other 80 rooms are in a new... more

My husband, myself and our 2 boys (ages 7 and 9) had a wonderful room in the colonial section of this hotel. We had a large room which included a loft with 2 twin beds for the kids. The room was clean, quiet and charming. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. My mother also had a room in... more

When I arrived at the small airport in Cusco I was surprised to find a young lady with my name on a board in the Novotel booth. She said she was there to take me to the hotel and had a van and driver outside. I got into the van and we rode to the hotel. I was directed to... more
