This place was fantastic. Firstly it's in San Blas, which is much nicer and less touristy than places around the plaza but close enough to all the regular sights. There are some great bars, restaurants and cafes around and you're not constantly hassled by people selling crap. What a great find! Casona les Pleiades was charming and affordable, and the staff was tremendously helpful. We felt right at home here, aclimating to the altitude before our trek to Machu Picchu, and recovering after the hike. The rooms facing the street gave us some great views!
