Cusco Plaza II was pretty good value for money. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfy. Hot water was available all the time which is not always the case in this part of the world. Staff are all very helpful and pleasant and most spoke enough English for us to get by with our bad Spanish. It´s close to... more
