Like everyone seems to be saying - there is good and bad in this hotel. In my opinion the good outweighs the bad. The staff is VERY accommodating and the service is 5 star. For $10 dollars per night it pays to get a club floor room. more

Sheraton should be ashamed of itself over this hotel. We had to switch to it from the Miraflores which was booked after our trip to Cusco was delayed due to the demonstration over the Sacred Valley. This hotel was a dump...dated, dirty and it a bad part of town. The food was so-so and the staff fine, but the rooms... more
LOCATION: The Lima Sheraton is a 45 Soles ($15), 20-30 minute cab ride from the Airport. It’s across the road from the ‘Palacio de Justicia’, and a short walk from local street shopping. It’s not a ‘nice’ neighborhood, but I did see local families and tourists walking the streets well into the evening, so I don’t believe it’s a rough... more
I was off to Lima so I decided to use some starwood points and stay at the Sheraton Lima Hotel & Casino. Here are my thoughts: POSITIVES: - Starwood Points Value: I used only 2000 points per night. This is the least amount of pointst I've ever had to pay for a hotel. The list price is $139/ night. Had... more
in september i got a us$ 100 promotion in club floor for Starwood (2 people) It cost a little figth to get it, but at the end i got it. Relation cost/quality was incredible. Breakfast and tea time at Club floor were in a superb level. Instead of bread butter and mermaledes, there were any kind of fish canapés small... more
My wife and I used the Sheraton as our Lima base for 3 nights during a 2 week vacation in Peru. The hotel is fine and service was really good, with staff very helpful and friendly - e.g. we had a tour which set off at 4am in the morning and staff organised a box breakfast free of charge! The... more
Having stayed in other Sheraton hotels, we had high expectations but we were majorly disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. The bedrooms were completely dated, very 80's. There was no sink in the bathroom, it was in the bedroom! There were cracks in the bedroom walls that made us feel like we had booked into a 2 star hotel.... more
We were given the option of the "Clasico" or "Tower" room. The latter being a little more pricey, but included dial-up internet and buffet style breakfast and lunch. We only took advantage of the breakfast and it was a great way to start the day of touring. Location was great as it has access to many taxis. The last 4... more
The hotel is a product of its time - the building is a tall concrete tower, ugly from the outside but quite nice from the inside. All usual services and amenities that you are used from the Sheraton chain are available, including gym, sauna, function rooms, room service, business centre etc. However, keep in mind that this is not central... more
We are SPG members and booked a Romance Package (yes you can still have romance when you are older!) which consisted of Classic Sea view, sweet sleeper bed, high speed Internet for a fee, turndown service, newspaper, full american breakfast plus a bottle of wine and cheese plate in room once per stay. Even though they (that is their computer)... more
