“Management Unfriendly, Power saver A/C”

Staff were helpful (management-especially Lilly were just short of rude). Bare bones rooms and non functional hot water. More expensive than advertised but particularly annoying is the A/C cutoff during the day (ostensibly power outage) but actually just the hotel saving $$.
