I stayed here for 6 nights & was impressed with the service I got. The staff were very helpful & friendly. They sent a driver to the hotel to collect me which was nice & it was included in price of my room rate. I had one of the deluxe rooms. It was lovely, the best bed I have ever... more

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, rated 5 stars and it should not exceed 3, first Jiddah is a very hot city the AC units just don't cool the air enough and if you suffer from allergy like me don't go to this hotel, the rooms are very small even in the royal suite, all... more

I loved this hotel, located on Palestine Street, near Tahlia Street, these two streets are the best in Jeddah. Rooms: big rooms in both towers. rooms are very clean with marple baths. Staff: very friendly. Parking: free. more
