This hotel was recommended to us by our travel agent as a good stopover hotel to spend a couple of nights in Dubai while en route from Australia to the UK. We arrived at the reception and everything looked pretty clean and tidy. The lift was somewhat small but we were escorted to our room which was a disaster area.
