Considering your choices in Vina del Mar, this was above average hotel. Otherwise its an normal Best Western hotel with free breakfast. Hotel staff was accomadating and friendly and speak a little english. No lock on safe in room. Location is good is central for touring around Vina/Valparaiso, but its about a 15 minute walk to the beach and you'll... more

The rooms at the Marina del Mar are a bit run down and sparse, and the extensive construction in front of the hotel makes for a loud, dusty location, but the rates are very reasonable, parking is free and the breakfast buffet is extensive. more

We stayed at the Marina del Rey for 1 night before our Cape Horn Cruise. This hotel is excellent - great rooms - great location - free breakfast . We could not have asked for anything more and the price is very resonable. Easy walk to the Casino, beach, resturants, and bars. We would not hesitate to stay here again... more
