A clean and pleasant place well located near the university( as is everything in Ann Arbor). Helpful staff but nothing special which is better then most of the hotels/motels in this class. more

Good cost to benefit ratio. Good hotel, clean and spacious rooms, correct service. Good option if you around Ann Arbor. No major problems more

Stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in October for a "weekend away from the kids" with my husband, and had a terrible experience. We had an Executive King room, which has a nice seating area separate from the bed (the pictures of this room on the hotel website make it look a lot larger than what it actually is). On... more

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The location is very convenient to UM, and the lobby and staff were great. However, the rooms were not clean. The shower curtain was covered in mildew, and the shower walls had soapscum. The room also smelled like there is a plumbing problem somewhere in the building. If you are not a smoker,... more

We had checked into a Hampton Inn - Ann Arbor South across the street from the Sheraton and found it awful. Is desperation we checked out and walked across the street. The Sheraton was fantastic! The front desk staff was apologetic for the Hampton and gushed over us, making us feel like VIP's. Their Bellman/Van Driver gushed as well (... more

Just returned from a two night stay at the Four Points Ann Arbor. We arrived at around 1pm Saturday, a couple of hours before 3pm check-in, but hotel was quite accomodating and quickly found us a room on the 4th floor. The room was quite spacious and clean, thou bathroom was a little tight. The hotel is just off of... more

Truely enjoyed this hotel located near the mall and I-94 that isn't far from U of M. The rooms are quite large, and comfortable especially those on the "club" level or top floor. Rooms come with special bedding and upgraded furniture that makes this hotel a pleasent surprise for the routine and unoriginal typically found in the middle of michigan.... more

Comfortable, affordable and fairly amicable. The pool is good but busy. Workout room is small but free admission to neighborhood gym is a great option. Location is great if you like suburban malls and not so great if local ann arbor charm is goal of your vacation. more

This place is showing its age, even though they got new beds. As mentioned in an earlier review, the elevator is scary. It creaks and takes forever to travel even a couple floors. The water temperature fluctuates when showering. I assume it is due to someone in another room flushing the toilet at the same time. The hot tub water... more
