Aquaterra is a very good choice when staying in Puerto Natales. Staff are very helpful and spoke good english. The room was basic and not that big. But given the nice restaurant downstairs and comfortable lounge and woodstove, this was no problem. The hotel also offers massages. Stayed here for 3 nights in March 2006. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with small baths that had really good water pressure. The rooms had a rustic quality, and were definitely no frills, but I would absolutely stay there again. The biggest drawback was that the walls seemed very thin - I could hear the neighbor next door snoring... more
