Clean, good location, across to the beach, nice staff, all inclusive with many choices of restaurants, shows and tours. Don't take the "Paseo en Chiva", it is worthless. Prefer "Islas del Rosario" rather than "Baru". For the price, the Decameron is the best option for your stay in Cartagena. Enjoy the magic. more
