From the minute we arrived it was clear that we were not to be made welcome. The hotel manager told us that there were no 5 bed apartments but for no extra charge we could be bussed to the sister hotel (which is cheaper anyway). I went with my mother and 3 boys aged 8,10 and 11. We had a fantastic time and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Lots of Germans/Russians who can be a bit rude, their language doesn't seem to include please and thankyou. That said I think the staff love us brits who do remember to be courtious... more

We had such a great time in egypt the beach albatros was clean friendly and lively. the beach was handy and so were the pools there are so many to choose from!!! Made lots of nice friends there.
