The service at the Pyramisa Blue Lagoon was second to none. We had a wonderful time, beautiful pool area. Beach nice though difficult to walk to, courtesy bus runs regularly throughout the day so not a problem, and a few watersports available plus the beach bar is open to serve drinks and snacks. Our first impression of the hotel was very good, the lobby is very impressive, we were checked in with minimum fuss and a welcome drink. a porter took our luggage to our room, the elevator was not working, we were on the third floor.
