Typical Hilton (ex Hilton now Trident). Very nice pool are and excellent rooms. I think it has its own power as we had a couple of very short power cuts when the generator seems to kick in. Please do not stay in this hotel. It is overpriced, the service is TERRIBLE........no one was interested in serving the guests. Food was rubbish. Room was bare. Vary noisey. The bar refused to serve us drinks 10 minutes after closing time!!!! There are lots of good hotels in agra, pick one of them. more

The other reviews are good gidelines, but be aware that effective April 1 this hotel was no longer part of Hilton. It is now strictly part of the EIH Trident Hotels Group. This was a surprise and I was not aware prior to arrival. more

what a lovely hotel, especially after the hecticness of our journey to Agra it was a relief to arrive in the calm of the hilton. Rooms good size, clean, safe in the cupboard, nice moderns marble bathroom with lovely shower. Lovely reception and bar areas, staff in the bar could have been a bit more attentive.
