Our reservation was actually at Adhi Dharma Cottage, which is about 100m away from the Hotel. However, something happened along the way and we were given rooms at the Hotel instead. The Hotel is in a quiet part of Kuta and this can be necessary as many gars are 24hr. About 10 min walk to the beach with only moderate hassle on the way. The location of the hotel was great, it was right in the midst of all the shopping and restaurants. The hotel rooms were clean but shabby, Management could think about renovating.
