Just got back from two weeks at the Laguna. Beautiful place, would highly recommend. My partner and I went + our good friend. We thought Bali was nice, but the hotel is what made it for us. I picked the Laguna for the first two nights of our honeymoon on Bali. In hindsight, we should have stayed longer to enjoy everything this very nice resort offers. Have just returned from this wonderful resort and had a truly relaxing holiday. The resort,its eversmiling staff, the beautiful landscaping and the wonderful meals were all faultless. We have travelled the world and never found a hotel/resort that matches the Laguna. more

The Laguna Resort & Spa was a total let down. We expected better service and the room shows its age. Tacky decor with staff and service to match. If the price was reduced by 75% it would be a start. Not very impressed. more
