I have stayed here now a few times and it is absolutely perfect. Arriving in the lobby on the 38th floor with a view of Tokyo all around you through the glass windows is surreal. I stayed at the Mandarin for 3 nights in January and it was wonderful. After being stuck in traffic on the yellow bus for 2 hours, it was a relief to see the room! Just returned from Tokyo and I cannot write enough good things about this BEAUTIFUL hotel. The location is excellent - there is the Metro in the basement which makes it very easy to travel around Tokyo. This place is the bomb. Stayed at Park Hyatt before as well--it's no match for MOTYO. Really convenient--mitsukoshimae stop on the metro is literally under the hotel.
