Got to airport and missed bus by minutes, had to wait an hour for next free shuttle. Service from then was good, nice and convenient, no shops closeby and restaurant was closed by the time we got there at approx 9.30pm, so went for a walk to convenience store and had ice creams. We stayed here for 1 night in mid-December in order to catch a morning flight out of KIX. The room is clean and roomy, just like the Ramada in the US. The staff are courteous and helpful.
