Friends and I stayed at the Federal Villa for four days after staying at Tanjung Sanctuary. We were disappointed. we have just returned from malaysia and stayed at KL, penang and langkawi. this hotel and its sister hotel are definately not 3/4 star more like 2/3 if that. the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, its all a bit grotty especially the bedding, old blankets and stained sheets, when you complain they laugh at you. on a plus point there... more
