I also had a very poor stay at this Riad. The music coming from the usually empty nightclub DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH is absurd. The food in the restaurant was acutally pretty good as noted in another review. The staff quite frankly didn't seem to care whether we were happy or not. We stayed at O Marine after staying in the Riad Ambre and before the Riad Perle. The ambience and decor were good as in the other Lotus Riads.
