This hotel only opened in August 2008 after three years of refurbishment. The hotel is located in one of the Seven Sister buildings - all build or planned by Stalin. The entrance is very grand with lots of marble and quite striking. The rooms on the executive floor are large and airy with windows that open and are well decorated.... more
