Booked online - reasonably polite staff, but rooms were disgustingly dirty. We changed rooms after complaining, but our new room was the same. I don't think their carpet had ever been cleaned. Our children's feet were literally black after running around on the floor for 30 minutes. Don't do it! more

My family and I booked our room online for a stay during the Chinese labor holiday. Upon arrival the hotel told us that the rate we booked at 270 RMB was incorrect and that we would have to pay the "holiday" fee of 680 RMB!!! Once we explained the situation- and they realized the fault was theirs they gave us... more
