When I arrived, I requested an elite-level upgrade, and I got one to the room I was paying for. Ok, a mixup. So then the upgrade was to the Executive Level for a two-bed room, but Catch 22 as that we got none of the Executive Level (EL) benefits, just the fancier room with nicer amenities, not a square inch... more

This hotel is as reliable as the Holiday Inn can be. The facilities are very adequate but not 5-stars (some holiday Inns in China are more high end than this one). The room is clean and of good quality, The buffet breakfast had a good selection and the location is very good. Good value for the money. more

Have stayed here several times... Last time I checked in and they asked me if they could put me in the same room from the time before..! I wish all Holiday Inn's had that kind of service. We stayed at this hotel one weekend on a sightseeing tour. We specifically requested a non-smoking room but it smelled like a huge group of people had been smoking in there for days and days and days. We told reception but as far as they were concerned it was a non-smoking room. What the smoking rooms were like does not... more

One of the best HInns I have ever stayed at. Almost no complaints except that the size & condition of gym & swimming pool are not acceptable - just few old training machines, very low ceiling, pool is like a sink, not bigger. Everything else is great, breakfast very diverse & tasty. Staff (even when not everybody speaks some English)... more

Not your everyday Holiday inn at least where I live as the decor was quite beautiful. I will post photos later as I do not have my camera with me.
