The Lobby was great, with all the exhibits and stone carvings greeting guests on arrival. The only problem: the door staff would make a scene and scold guests for touching the exhibits which had no signs to warn guests of this. Having arrived at 5pm, we expected both the interconnecting rooms to be ready for us to go into. However,... more

Was there on the night of the Opening Ceremony of the Beijing Olympics. There were people watching over exhibits in the lobby...a very strict see-and-no-touch/photography is enforced. Our two rooms were not ready when we got there about 5pm. The chambermaid did not leave us any toilet rolls. We had to ask for toilet rolls for both rooms over and... more
