Kent and Sarah (the volunteers running the WFC until May, 2009) are welcoming, and went to great lengths to make us feel at home. Kent gave excellent tourist information. Our family stayed at the WFC in November 2007. I emailed the reservation via their website and everything went perfect. Be sure to download the directions. Follow them without interpretation. The Center has Internet access, great food, clean room and beds. What more can you ask for? I would recommend the WFC as a place to stay to anyone. more

I won't go into what the last reviewer said about the background of the World Friendship Centre. I also stayed with Don & Pauline, whose 2 year stint as volunteer hosts will soon be up.
