Stayed at the B Kobe for 4 nights and found it a great hotel overall. Its location is about two blocks from the Hankyu train station and another few blocks to the JR station. The subway line access is in the adjacent building (Tokyu Hands department store). So overall, it's a pretty central location to the main lines of Kobe.... more

ロビーに無料のコーヒー･メーカーがあったりコインランドリーが無料で使えたり製氷機が使えたりで良いサービスが多いのですが、バス・トイレが異常に小さい！１Ｒマンションのよりちっちゃいのでビックリ！ 今日更に驚きの事件がありました。朝食のビュッフェで割り箸が品切れ、一膳も在庫残無し。客からクレーム出てるのに「ナイフ・フォークでお召し上がりください。」一点張りで近所にコンビにあるのに調達はしない、箸が無いことを聞かないと答えない。ホール係り知らんぷり。ご飯に海苔巻けねえじゃん！フォークで納豆食えってか？メニュー全般はまあまあ無難なのにこの異常事態にはあいた口がふさがらない。。。 チェックアウトの時にフロントにクレームしたら「さようでございましたか？申し訳ございません。存じ上げませんで。。。」あんなに騒ぎになっててフロント知らねーってかぁ？？ more
