This is a fantastic hotel. Spacious rooms, very clean, great service. It was a bit hard to find as the map supplied by the hotel seemed to be in revrerse but that was the only issue. Terrific buffet breakfast for 11000 yen. Free internet, communal kitchen, library. Just great. Highly recommended more

Excellent prices , small (we are in Japan!) but clean rooms. Good access from Kyoto station (via subway). Just 5 minutes to the Imperial palace. I always stay here when coming to Kyoto. They also speak English. more

For the price you pay this hotel is fantastic. We stayed in the deluxe twin (it's probably worth the little bit extra) for 5 nights. The beds were king size single and very comfortable.
