Very good location. Close to Japan Rail station and the Osaka subway stop.Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Service is excellent, the command of English at the hotel is very good. Breakfast (was included) had a big choice of Japanese and Western fare.Bathrooms are not huge but the selection of toiletries was superb. more

My wife and I just left the New Otani after a five night stay. I booked the reservation on the Executive Level through the hotel web site. Lcationwise, it can't be beat.
