We'd booked 3 rooms for 2 nights in the hotel. They took almost an hour to check us in ( about 4pm - whilst check in is supposed to be at 2pm). and they could only give us 2 rooms. We had to wait till 5pm till we could check in the final room. Reason given by front desk staff... more
