What hostel/ Guest House sits you down for half an hour to sort out the sights? It really is a lovely old renovated mansion with major renovations in character at the end of the year. Exceellent place to stay. I lvoed it here. The owner is welcoming, friendly and helpful- giving you loads of local info. The location is good, with an ATM beach and shopping area. It is in a ncie residentail area. It is a lovely colonial old house with huge bathrooms, great wooden floors and stained glass windows. YOu get free breakfast... more

This is by far the best Guest House I have stayed in Brasil The rooms are large and are cleaned every day, The breakfast is great, and the info from the owners is brill. The location is 6 min walk from the beach, with great bars just down the road. You feel very safe at Barra Guest House. Thank you. more
