Jericoacoara is a special place. Jericoacoara is unique and staying at the Mosquito Blue made this esperience just perfect for us. The location of the Mosquito Blue is the best in Jericoacoara. The best hotel we stayed out of 4 different hotels visiting the Ceará and São Luis regions in Brasil. You can choose to be in the beach or in the pool, the sauna just before the night falls is great and the rooms were cousy. Jericoacoara, with its rolling sand-dunes and turquoise waters, is as close to perfect as any holiday destination could offer. Unfortunately, the rude, unfriendly and generally ineffective staff at the Mostiquito Blue hotel tarnish the experience. I recommend staying at one of the Brazilian Pousadas nearby rather than this beautiful but fatally flawed hotel more
