The Mirasol is what I consider to be a secondary hotel, meaning that is not on the beach, but close enough to not be an issue. For being 2 blocks away from the water, you save a lot of money and lose little in terms of service. I compare this hotel with the Excelsior that is located on the beach.... more

This is a very simple hotel - nothing flash but clean and in a good location. It is just around the corner from the Palace hotel, beach and subway. The standard rooms are quite small so if possible request an upgrade - big difference in size - think front rooms are generally larger than back rooms and not noisy either... more
