Intercontidental Hotel provides everything one should wait from a 5-star Hotel. Luxury, leisureness, high standards of service and a reception-desk every other hotel should envy.Sao Paolo is a city that you cannot spent the whole day on the street and Intercontintental surely made my 4 days in Brazil even better,Unique for someone, who wants to stay for few days in Sao Paolo... more

Only stayed here for one night and for work, but it was great. Much needed bed had a duvet which was fantastic. Bathroom was a little dated but very clean and the jacuzzi bath was great. Didn't have long to try out the hotel, but the room service was excellent. more

It's easy to say all large business hotels are the same these days and to some extent that's true, but small examples of good service make all the difference in my opinion. I stayed at the Intercontinental in Sao Paulo for two nights recently and was very impressed by the service. After check-out I had a few hours to kill... more

I go to Sao Paulo on business twice a year. I have stayed at all the major hotels in Sao Paulo - The Renaissance, The Marriott near the airport, The old Sheraton which is now I believe is a Gran Melia owned property. I keep going back to the Intercontinental. I have always loved walking into the lobby - it... more

Been to many Intercontinental hotels around the world but this was the worst. Room service for just two coffees in the afternoon took over an hour and two phone calls only to arrive without any milk as specifically requested in Portuguese and English. Printer in Executive lounge ran out of ink and cartridge was never changed the entire weekend despite... more

My wife and I stayed at the InterContinetal, Sao Paolo for three nights Dec. 7th-10th, 2006. The hotel service is second to none, outstanding. Everyone at the front desk speaks English and they are willing to do whatever it takes. It is in a excellent location for shopping and restaurants. The rooms are large and well decorated. Excellent rates for... more

I stayed here on business so i wasn't too concerned about the cost but if i had to use my own money i would have felt like this hotel was a little expensive for what it was. It was definitely clean & the front staff knew great English & the room was really spacious. But, while i was there the... more

I stayed in SP for a week and a half during Nov. The Intercontinental is in the beautiful jardins district, very safe and full of good restaurants and some fun bars...You can go walking around the district at night to go to a restaurant or a lounge and it is perfectly safe. Parque Trianon and the art museum are just... more
