We went to Kapas Island resort for family trip of 23 pax. Although the chalet is quite small but it is OK for us. The servcie is very good and we have no problem with the food served. The island is beautiful but the food service at the restaurants was awful. We ate at three different restaurants on the island and each was worse than the other. We always had to wait at least 45 minutes to 1 hour for our food, even if the place was empty. Then the food only came for one person. My wife... more

Please do not be deceived by the photos on the website. They're all not the same as they are in reality. I went there for a vacation with my husband and our 3year old kid. We were so frustrated and we learnt a lesson - never shop at any travel fair next time! Service is so bad - No ala... more
