The service at this hotel is oustanding. They will get your Machu Pichu bus tickets and entrance tickets and order the bus to pick you up directly at the hotel, all at no extra charge which is a really nice convenience. For Machu Picchu it is better for the money than the Sanctuary! Only hotel in Aguas Caliente where the bus will stop to go up for the sunrise.
