i've travelled for business a few dozen times, typically in the US, first time in Shanghai. Gotta say this is the nicest hotel i've ever stayed at so far. At my rate of 1000RMB (US$130) I am exceedingly impressed, I haven't seen anything similar to this quality of materials, room size and service even in parts of US where land... more

Stayed here for 2 nights on business. Hotel is located in Pudong , about 30 mins by taxi from the airport (cost 150 rmb). It avoids the worst of the traffic because its's in Pudong, but is close enough to the city to get there by taxi (about 5kms from TV tower, 6 km from Bund). Hotel is just refurbished,... more
