What an amazing experience! Being into healthy food for almost 30 years, this place is an oasis in the world of travel. Not only are the foods organic and mostly grown on the property, but the entire resort is managed with sustainable practices including biodynamic farming. this place was amazing! the people were very friendly and spoke english. there was an intern there from the US, she was really cool. this place can take you on farm tours around their huge farm so that you can get a glimpse on how organic biodynamic farms work. their agriculturist is a genius. really impressive farm, definitely a model... more
