We stayed at Hotel Nahua for 5 days - me, my husband and our three children (ages 6 thru 10). Allejandro was exceptionally helpful and friendly! The room was a little run down, but was clean - ladies came in several times and cleaned, did dishes, changed the sheets, and gave us fresh towels. The children really enjoyed the pool.... more

This hotel is not like it appears on the website or in any pictures. Our room was dirty, the ceiling was falling apart, there was no door to the bathroom so if you are planning to share the room with someone they need to step outside. Hotel Nahua is conveniently located, just a small walk to the beach. It has all the amenities one expects, plus it has an incredible ambience including a beautiful pool and sitting area. And the people there are amazingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it... more

Just spent a week here, and it has been brilliant. Spacious apartment in quiet hotel, hot water, kitchen, clean, large pool, manager Alejandro was so helpful and gives great surf lessons, and good recommendations on things to do. Really enjoyed the Canopy tour and seeing the turtles nesting. Cannot recommend this place enough! :) more

Hotel Nahua is what you would expect for a surfer town in Costa Rica. The rooms are spacious offering plenty of area to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in February 2005. The rooms are clean and spacious, kitchen was well supplied. Enjoyed the gardens and pool area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. more
