Although there were only a couple of reports about this on line, both were glowing, so I had high expectations. It had been booked too by work who have regular visitors to San Jose, so I thought it must be good. I was wrong. We spent a wonderful four days at this charming hotel. The breakfast fruit was out of this world and the woman that served us each day could not have been more pleasant. The staff at the desk seemed to try to out do each other as far as service goes. Short walk to a wonderful bakery a couple of blocks... more

A wonderful little hotel located walking distance from downtown San Jose. The surrounding area is residential. Little interior tropical gardens and fountains are found all over the hotel. Breakfast is served on a terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and its surrounding garden. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great. The rooms are quite big and very homey.... more
